Managing Your Time

You are going to be busier than ever with doctor and treatment appointments. But it is important to set aside some time for yourself to conserve your energy and to do the things that make you happy.


  1. Prioritize. Delegate as much as possible. You can’t do everything.
  2. Ask for help. Family, friends and neighbours can make meals or drive.
  3. Hire a service to clean up or do laundry for you.
  4. Keep your calendar updated with all appointments and to do items. This will also help you assign a task if someone offers to help!
